# .........Minerals Species: SORENSENITE Location of Mineral Deposit: ILIMAUSSAQ COMPLEX, GREENLAND Description: Sorensenite is a rare beryllium tin-silicate only found in the Ilimaussaq Complex, Greenland. Even there it is found in very few areas. Under SW it glows a nice creamy yellow/white color.... This piece is richly covered in sorensenite crystals, and is quite large.
