Minerals Species: TREMOLITE xls Location of Mineral Deposit: GOUVERNEUR TALC COMPANY, TALCVILLE, NEW YORK Description: This specimen is full of Tremolite crystals that Fluoresce Orange under Short Wave Ultra Violet Light and a dull color under a Longwave Ultra Violet Light with maybe some spots of Parvowinchite aka Tirodite. This specimen is also Tribolumenescent, meaning that when scratching the specimen using a paper clip or even your finger nail that it will produce sparks.
