Location of Mineral Deposit:  FRANKLIN MINES, FRANKLIN, SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

Description:  These specimens are rare and in this matrix is a combination of nice Manganaxinite that Fluoresces a Cherry Red color under a Shortwave Ultraviolet Light along with Xonotilite that Fluoresces a Violet color under a Shortwave Ultraviolet Light, massive Clinohedrite that Fluoresces a Brilliant Orange color under the Shortwave Ultraviolet Light and the Willemite Fluoresces a Brilliant Green color also under a Shortwave Ultraviolet Light and is Phosphorescent.

Description:  These Manganaxinite specimens are rare and in this matrix is a combination of nice Manganaxinite that Fluoresces a Cherry Red color under a Shortwave Ultraviolet Light.

#  .......Minerals Species:    MANGANAXINITE with BARITE                            

Location of Mineral Deposit:  FRANKLIN MINES, FRANKLIN, SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

Description:  These specimens are very rare and this combination of blue fluorescing barite in a nice Cherry Red fluorescing manganaxinite from the Franklin Mine, Franklin, NJ is very very rare. These specimens are not dump collected and are fresh, unweathered mine run material. This is a very unusual association!  The Manganaxinite Fluoresces a Cherry Red color under a Short Wave Ultra Violet Light. The Barite Fluoresces a light Blue color also under Short Wave Ultra Violet Light.

# 10709 .......Minerals Species:    PECTOLITE, MANGANAXINITE, CLINOHEDRITE & WILLEMITE         

Location of Mineral Deposit:  FRANKLIN MINES, FRANKLIN, SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

Description:  These specimens are rare and in this matrix is a combination of nice spot of Pectolite that Fluoresces a Bright Orange color under a Shortwave & under a Longwave Ultraviolet Light but not under a Mid-range. The Manganaxinite Fluoresces a Bright Cherry Red color under a Shortwave Ultraviolet Light and a dull red color under a Longwave Ultraviolet Light along with a few spots of Clinohedrite that Fluoresces a Brilliant Orange color under the Shortwave Ultraviolet Light and the Willemite Fluoresces a Brilliant Green color also under a Shortwave Ultraviolet Light and is Phosphorescent.
