Description: This specimen is Andersonite Na2Ca(UO2)(CO3)3·6(H2O) a Fluorescent Secondary Mineral on and in a Uranium Ore Matrix. The fluorescence is very nice. This specimen Fluoresces a Brilliant Bluish Green color under a Long and Short Wave Ultra Violet Light Add this specimen to your rare Uranium Ore collection and have fun with the fluorescence of the Andersonite. Use this sample to test your Geiger or Scintillometer. A great sample for your research.

Description: Andersonite is a secondary uranium mineral (Na2CaUO2 (CO3) –6H2O) that forms mostly as very fine-grained bright yellow crystals in Uranium mines. It fluoresces a very bright greenish yellow color under ultraviolet light. These specimens are a secondary uranium mineral (Na2CaUO2(CO3)-6H2O) (Hydrous Sodium Calcium Uranium Carbonate)that forms mostly as very fine-grained bright yellow brystals in Uranium mines. It Fluroesces a very bright greenish Yellow color under Long & Short Wave Light.
